None of them buys the castle's museum ticket. You see the Filarete Tower and the courtyards with your own guide, and you add the museums yourself if you want them.
Nobody else joins. You set the pace, ask what you like, and stop where you want.

You get a private guide, your own route and your own pace. One of these adds gelato on its longer option. Another carries tickets to the Duomo and the Last Supper.
What you do not get is entry to the castle museums, or public transport between stops. Add the €10 museum ticket at the castle desk, or pair the walk with a reserved ticket for the afternoon.
All three are priced per person, so the sum scales with your party. Pick the language when you book. If you want the castle museums too, plan them after the walk: the ticket office closes at 4.30pm and the museums close on Mondays.
