We earn a commission on bookings

Sforza Castle Tours may earn a commission when you book a tour through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. You pay the operator's own price; the platform pays us a share of its fee. Every link that earns us something is marked as sponsored in the page code, so search engines can tell it apart.

What we are not

• We are not the Castello Sforzesco and we do not speak for it.
• We are not the ticketing authority. Museum admission is set and sold by the Comune di Milano at its own desks on Piazza Castello and on its own online shop.
• We are not the operator of any tour listed here, and we do not take bookings, payments or cancellations.

Operators cannot pay for placement

No operator can buy a position, a badge or a mention. The cards are grouped by whether the fare goes inside the castle museums and then ordered by review volume; the badges are arithmetic — highest review count, lowest per-person price, a rating of 4.9 or more, or the platform's own sell-out flag. A tour whose title names the castle but whose fare does not buy the museum ticket says so on its card, whether it flatters the listing or not.

Prices, star ratings, review counts, durations and inclusions are the operators' own, taken from their listings on Viator and GetYourGuide as they stood on 10 September 2026. They move. Treat every figure here as indicative and the operator's own page as final.

Facts about the castle

Opening hours, admission rates, access rules and the history are ours to get right. They are taken from the Comune di Milano's own castle website, milanocastello.it. Where two of its pages disagree — on the number of a room, on the count of trees in Leonardo's pergola, on the languages of the audio guide — we publish what the fuller page says or leave the figure out rather than picking the convenient one.
